Analytical Services. At the direction of the Client Agency, the Contractor may procure analytical services provided by a laboratory that is currently under contract with the State. If the laboratory providing analytical services is under contract with the State, payment for such services shall be limited to the rates set forth in the contract between the laboratory and the State. A Contractor shall not unless authorized by the Client Agency, utilize a laboratory whose charges for the analytical services provided would exceed the maximum charges for such services using a laboratory under contract with the State. Each invoice which includes charges for laboratory analysis or other analytic services shall include invoices for all such charges, and a copy of the chain of custody documentation for all such analysis. If the laboratory performing analysis or providing analytical services is under contract with the State, either the laboratory itself or the Contractor may submit an invoice to the Client Agency regarding such services. If the invoice is submitted by a Contractor, such Contractor shall ensure that the invoice for analytical services: (1) notes that the laboratory performing such services is under contract with the State; (2) contains the applicable contract number; and (3) accurately reflects charges for the analyses requested.
Analytical Services. Analytical Services help Client process, examine, analyze, summarize, visualize, and report on the Licensed Data. Tempus leverages its existing technology and know-how to provide Analytical Services to surface factual insights that already exist within the Licensed Data. TEMPUS WILL NOT PROVIDE ANALYTICAL SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT UNLESS AND UNTIL APPROVED BY TEMPUS IN A SEPARATE MUTUALLY AGREED UPON WORK ORDER.
Analytical Services. To the extent documented in an Order Form, Tempus will grant Client a limited, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual license, with the right to sublicense, to use Analytical Services Results for any lawful purpose.
Analytical Services. MH shall perform the necessary analyses for quality control of the Plant’s raw materials, semi-finished and finished Products, according to written analytical methods and procedures to be established by RP and furnished to and agreed upon by MH from time to time. MH shall provide the managerial and operating personnel necessary to perform such quality control functions. MH personnel shall be authorized to sign Certificates of Analysis related to the Products on behalf of RP, provided that such Products, in MH’s sole discretion, comply with specification for same established by MH and agreed to by RP in the Supply Agreement.
Analytical Services. If required, AG shall develop and implement marketing analytics solutions to measure, manage, and optimize 21CCCS’s marketing efforts, subject to the terms of a separate Analytical Agreement. There will be no additional costs for doing day to day or weekly media optimization and analyzing Google Analytics data.
Analytical Services. A. PRAECIS desires to have XXXXXXXX provided a CA for each lot of CMC manufactured at XXXXXXXX'x facility according to the in-process limits attached hereto as Exhibit B (the "In-Process Limits"). A CA will accompany each lot of CMC shipped.
X. XXXXXXXX and PRAECIS agree to jointly establish a release procedure for CMC manufactured by XXXXXXXX. XXXXXXXX shall obtain prior written approval from PRAECIS for any exemption in the In-Process Limits. If, at any time, CMC produced for PRAECIS fails to meet the In-Process Limits, PRAECIS and XXXXXXXX agree to work together in good faith to attempt to resolve any such problem through rework of the CMC, as appropriate, and XXXXXXXX will perform a failure investigation and report results to PRAECIS.
C. Any changes to the In-Process Limits must be approved and signed by authorized representatives of both parties as may be designated from time to time.
X. XXXXXXXX will maintain retention samples no greater than 0.5 gram of each lot of CMCproduced for a period of (1) year from the date of shipment. Such samples will be returned to PRAECIS or it's designate upon request by PRAECIS.
E. Analytical methods will be validated and reports will be provided to PRAECIS. As necessary, cross-validation will be performed with other parties.
Analytical Services. (a) The Environmental Consultant shall maintain a complete chain of custody documentation for all samples, and shall provide the School District with all data pertaining to the sample analyses, including but not limited to chain of custody forms, sample work sheets and sample count sheets.
(b) The Environmental Consultant shall submit its reports to the School District within the time periods designated by the School District Office of Environmental Management and Services.
Analytical Services. PPG shall recommend and provide Analytical Services that are reasonably within the scope of PPG's capabilities on a Purchase Order basis. UDC shall pay PPG for such Analytical Services at the rate of [The confidential material contained herein has been omitted and has been separately filed with the Commission.] PPG's actual costs to provide such services. For clarification, UDC shall not be required to pay separately for Analytical Services in connection with (i) Materials Development work, or (ii) the supply of Commercial OLED Chemicals, all such amounts being included in the charges under Article 2, Section 6.4.2 and Section 6.4.5, respectively.
Analytical Services. We provide behavior-based, demographic and attitudinal segmentation; acquisition, attrition, cross-sell and up-sell, retention, loyalty and value predictive modeling; and program evaluation, testing and measurement across our integrated marketing services.
