Analytical Services. At the direction of the Client Agency, the Contractor may procure analytical services provided by a laboratory that is currently under contract with the State. If the laboratory providing analytical services is under contract with the State, payment for such services shall be limited to the rates set forth in the contract between the laboratory and the State. A Contractor shall not unless authorized by the Client Agency, utilize a laboratory whose charges for the analytical services provided would exceed the maximum charges for such services using a laboratory under contract with the State. Each invoice which includes charges for laboratory analysis or other analytic services shall include invoices for all such charges, and a copy of the chain of custody documentation for all such analysis. If the laboratory performing analysis or providing analytical services is under contract with the State, either the laboratory itself or the Contractor may submit an invoice to the Client Agency regarding such services. If the invoice is submitted by a Contractor, such Contractor shall ensure that the invoice for analytical services: (1) notes that the laboratory performing such services is under contract with the State; (2) contains the applicable contract number; and (3) accurately reflects charges for the analyses requested.
Analytical Services. Analytical Services help Client process, examine, analyze, summarize, visualize, and report on the Licensed Data. Tempus leverages its existing technology and know-how to provide Analytical Services to surface factual insights that already exist within the Licensed Data. TEMPUS WILL NOT PROVIDE ANALYTICAL SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT UNLESS AND UNTIL APPROVED BY TEMPUS IN A SEPARATE MUTUALLY AGREED UPON WORK ORDER.
Analytical Services. To the extent documented in an Order Form, Tempus will grant Client a limited, non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual license, with the right to sublicense, to use Analytical Services Results for any lawful purpose.
Analytical Services. MH shall perform the necessary analyses for quality control of the Plant’s raw materials, semi-finished and finished Products, according to written analytical methods and procedures to be established by RP and furnished to and agreed upon by MH from time to time. MH shall provide the managerial and operating personnel necessary to perform such quality control functions. MH personnel shall be authorized to sign Certificates of Analysis related to the Products on behalf of RP, provided that such Products, in MH’s sole discretion, comply with specification for same established by MH and agreed to by RP in the Supply Agreement.
Analytical Services. Milliman has an existing, well-documented method to crosswalk facilities and practitioners into single set of identifiers. The methods, which are fully customizable, have been extensively utilized on Oregon data through our QCorp relationship. MedInsight contains methods for grouping data into episodes of care, including third party tools such as Ingenix's ETGs and Medstat' MEGS. Our software also contain a large number of additional groupers that can be used to add value to the data, depending on OHA’s specific analytical goals. Regarding unique identifiers, Xxxxxxxx has extensive experience working with other clients, and has existing examples of documentation and reports that list the limitations and data quality issues with unique identifiers. We have worked with clients over the years to improve the efficiency and capabilities of this process. We will be able to deliver a plan for final approval of OHA within 60 days after contract execution. Since most of the code is already in place for this project, implementation should be a smooth process.
Analytical Services. The selected Contractor(s) is responsible for any water quality analysis required to monitor the dosing of any additives or effectiveness of treatments, while the cleanup is ongoing, as well as any water quality analyses that the Department requires due to the nature of the services provided. Additionally, the Contractor is responsible for any air quality analysis that the Department deems necessary to ensure the safety or effectiveness of the treatment. Final chemical evaluation of the waterbody for cyanotoxins and other parameters of the Department’s choosing, once the Contractor has indicated their treatment is complete, will be performed by the Department, at the Department’s expense.
Analytical Services. If required, AG shall develop and implement marketing analytics solutions to measure, manage, and optimize 21CCCS’s marketing efforts, subject to the terms of a separate Analytical Agreement. There will be no additional costs for doing day to day or weekly media optimization and analyzing Google Analytics data.
Analytical Services. (a) The Environmental Consultant shall maintain a complete chain of custody documentation for all samples, and shall provide the School District with all data pertaining to the sample analyses, including but not limited to chain of custody forms, sample work sheets and sample count sheets.
Analytical Services. The current analytical service is based on urine samples and involves off-site screening and confirmation. NOMS Security Group are willing to look at alternative ways of providing this service. The basic provision of any analytical service is that the correct result is obtained on the correct specimen linked unequivocally with the donor and that the result and the procedures used to obtain the result are able to withstand legal scrutiny to the level of proof beyond reasonable doubt. NOMS Security Group will consider any of the following for potential provision of analytical services: laboratory - based screening and confirmation on the same site for the panel of drugs; laboratory- based one-off analysis i.e. a combined screening and confirmation test; and prison-based screening and laboratory-based confirmation. This list is not exhaustive and NOMS Security Group are willing to look at any fully documented and costed proposal that meets the requirement of MDT detailed in this and accompanying documents.
Analytical Services. EFS will provide to the customer a drug testing service based around the analysis of urine, oral fluid, and hair samples as agreed with the customer in the pricing. The screening process will generally take the form of an initial rapid screen to identify negative samples from the “non-negative” samples and any potentially adulterated samples. Any “non- negative”, confirmatory only, or potentially adulterated samples will be subject to further analysis to a legally defensible standard. ‘Appendix A’ lists the common drugs tested for and their corresponding acceptable Cut-Off values. EFS, or its approved subcontractor, retain the right to modify the processes used for both the screening and confirmatory process as long as the analytical result generated is legally defensible and the agreed turnaround times are met. Hair testing will be conducted by our approved subcontractor. EFS, or its approved subcontractor, retains the right to change the methodology and/or cut- off at any time, without warning, provided it has equivalent or better scientific validation. If independent analysis, commonly known as ‘B’ sample analysis, is required EFS must be presented with written authorisation in order to proceed. As a minimum written authorisation must be from a recognised contact within the organisations, contains reference to the unique sample barcode, and indicates which independent laboratory has been chosen. EFS will await the independent laboratory to contact EFS and arrange sample collection. Assuming authorisation is complete, EFS will retrieve the ‘B sample’ from storage, package it securely, 1 xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/european-west/media/1927303/gts_cuk037_v1.pdf complete the sample transfer form, and ready it for the courier to collect and deliver to the independent laboratory. Only the sealed B sample is sent. Upon receipt of the sample, the independent laboratory should complete the remainder of the form and send it back to EFS. If approval is incomplete, ‘B’ samples will be retained intact in long term storage conditions until further instruction is received from the customer. EFS recommends that a UKAS accredited laboratory should be selected.
