SBC-12STATE 47.1.1 The terms contained in this Agreement and any Appendices, Attachments, Exhibits, Schedules, and Addenda constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior understandings, proposals and other communications, oral or written between the Parties during the negotiations of this Agreement and through the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not operate as or constitute a novation of any agreement or contract between the Parties that predates the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement.
Non-Agency The parties expressly acknowledge and agree that the Charter School is not acting as the agent of the Local Board, the State Board, or the Department except as required by law or this Charter. The Charter School acknowledges that it is without authority to, and will not, extend the faith and credit of the Local Board, the State Board, or the Department to any third party.
SELLER AGENCY Listing Broker has entered into a client relationship with Seller.
SBC-13STATE shall provide to CLEC Interconnection of the Parties’ facilities and equipment for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service traffic and Exchange Access traffic pursuant to the applicable Appendix ITR, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Methods for Interconnection and Physical Architecture shall be as defined in the applicable Appendix NIM, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Client Agency Any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, institution, public authority, office, council, association, instrumentality or political subdivision of the State of Connecticut, as applicable, who is authorized and chooses to make purchases under, and pursuant to the terms and conditions of, this Contract.
Using Agency The State entity for which the Project is being constructed. The term may include an institution (e.g., University of Georgia) that is a part of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia.
No Financial Advisor Other than the Underwriters, no person has the right to act as an underwriter or as a financial advisor to the Company in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
Federal Reserve Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, any Financial Institution may at any time pledge or grant a security interest in all or any portion of its rights (including, without limitation, its portion of the Asset Portfolio and any rights to payment of Capital and Financial Institution Yield) under this Agreement to secure obligations of such Financial Institution to a Federal Reserve Bank, without notice to or consent of Seller or Agent; provided that no such pledge or grant of a security interest shall release a Financial Institution from any of its obligations hereunder, or substitute any such pledgee or grantee for such Financial Institution as a party hereto.
System Agency will monitor Grantee for programmatic and financial compliance with this Contract and;

Zdravotnické zařízení a Zkoušející převedou na Zadavatele veškerá svá práva, nároky a tituly, včetně práv duševního vlastnictví k Důvěrným informacím (ve smyslu níže uvedeném) a k jakýmkoli jiným Studijním datům a údajům.
