Ancillary Capital Expense. The Contractor is requested to include, as an optional capital expense line item, a system providing automatic call-outs to riders as the vehicle nears their residence. This system need not be a full Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) system but needs to provide some of the customer service and information functions that would generally be included in such a system.
