Ancillary Service Charges Sample Clauses

The Ancillary Service Charges clause defines the fees or costs associated with additional services that are not included in the main scope of an agreement. These charges may apply to optional services such as expedited shipping, installation, maintenance, or technical support, and are typically billed separately from the primary contract price. By clearly outlining which services incur extra charges and how those charges are calculated, this clause helps prevent disputes over unexpected costs and ensures both parties understand their financial obligations.
