Common use of Ancillary Service Charges Clause in Contracts

Ancillary Service Charges. The Club offers Members in good standing the ability to charge Club goods and services to their Membership account. Examples include guest fees, food, beverages, spa services, Kid Central, youth or adult lessons, training and more. The Primary Member is responsible for charges by all Members on the membership as well as Member's guest(s) in accordance with this Agreement and related Club policies. The terms and conditions of the charging privilege may be modified by the Club from time to time and may be revoked in the event Member fails to comply with such terms and conditions, including keeping their balance current. The Club reserves the right to cap the total dollar amount that may be charged to a Member’s account.
