Ancillary Service Payments. The revenues received by NEPOOL pursuant to Schedule 1 to the Tariff (scheduling, system control and dispatch service) will be used to reimburse NEPOOL, the System Operator (if the System Operator does not receive revenues for that service under a separate tariff) and Participants for the costs which are reflected in the charges for such service. The revenues received by NEPOOL pursuant to Schedules 2-7 to the Tariff shall be distributed prior to the Second Effective Date in accordance with the continuing provisions of the Prior NEPOOL Agreement and the rules adopted thereunder, and shall be distributed on or after the Second Effective Date in accordance with Section 14.
