On each Primary Servicer Remittance Date, the Primary Servicer shall deposit into the Primary Servicer Collection Account as part of the Primary Servicer Remittance Amount, the Prepayment Interest Shortfall set forth in Section 3.19(c) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement to the extent resulting from Principal Prepayments on the Mortgage Loans and to the extent that the Master Servicer is required to remit such amounts under Section 3.19(c) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, and except that references to Master Servicing Fees in Section 3.19(c) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement shall be references to Primary Servicing Fees.
