and Incarceration. Upon written request from the Union and consistent with efficient operation of the Corporation, the Corporation shall grant a leave of absence without pay and without loss of Corporation Service to not more than one (1) employee at any one time for the purpose of attending Union Conventions and Conferences, provided the total period of absence for all employees shall not exceed five (5) working days in any calendar year.
