A Study register will be created in connection with the Study, the controller of which will be the principal investigators and the INSTITUTION where the Study is being conducted for purposes of application of the Data Privacy Act. The Study register shall be confidential and may be accessed only by the persons involved in the Study as well as the SPONSOR for verification purposes. Data exchange shall be de-identified and kept private in accordance with the Data Privacy Act. The SPONSOR including its representatives, is obliged to keep confidential the personal data of the subjects accrued in connection with the Study.
