Complete a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment in a manner consistent with the American Society of Testing and Materials standard for a Phase 1 ESA Conduct a visual (existing structures) assessment for typical suspect asbestos containing materials (ACM) Assess the presence of PCB’s at the subject site Collect and evaluate available historical information to determine if evidence exists indicating an existing release, a past release, or a material threat of a release of hazardous substances, hazardous materials or petroleum products to the Property Environmental Grant Writing, EAWs Lead Based Paint Investigations, Mold Assessments, Water Well Location Services Prepare a work plan the Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment in a manner consistent with the American Society of Testing and Materials standard for a Phase 1 ESA to determine if potential sources of contamination identified during the Phase 1 Investigation are causing a release or threatened release of hazardous substances, contaminants or pollutants to the soil, surface water and ground water on the property in question Prepare a site safety and contingency plan in a manner consistent with the American Society of Testing and Materials standard for a Phase 1 ESA Conduct Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment in accordance with approved work plan and in a manner consistent with the American Society of Testing and Materials standard for a Phase 1 ESA Other: Geoprobe Subsurface Investigations, Air Quality Monitoring and Permitting, Wastewater Sampling, Soil and Groundwater Sampling, Soil Vapor Investigations, Wetland Delineations, Stormwater Infiltration Assessments, Stormwater Dredge Sampling, UST Assessments, Petrofund Limited Site Investigations and Femedial Investigations, Ag-Chemical Remedial Investigations REMEDIATION SERVICES Prepare and, upon approval, implement the Response Action Plan (RAP) and in a manner consistent with the American Society of Testing and Materials standard for a Phase 1 ESA Following completion of the RAP’s, prepare an Implementation Report for submission for review and approval in a manner consistent with the American Society of Testing and Materials standard for a Phase 1 ESA Brownfields, Cleanups, Feasibility Studies, Asbestos Emission Control Plans, Soil Management Plans, Remediation Bid Specifications, Brownfields Cleanup Grant Writing, EPA Quality Assurance Project Plans ROOFING/WATERPROOFING SERVICES Roofing/Waterproofing Testing and Inspection Services STRUCTURAL STEEL TESTING AND INSPECTION Strength Testing of Embedded Bolts Observe and Test Welded and Bolted Connections during Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Erection Observe and Test Welding and Screw Fastening during Metal Deck Installation Observe and Test Welded and Bolted Connections during Structural Steel Fabrication TESTING, ADJUSTING AND BALANCING (TAB) SERVICES Respondent shall be certified by the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC). Air Systems: Constant-volume air systems, Dual-duct systems, Variable-air-volume systems, Multi-zone systems, Induction-unit systems Hydronic Systems: Boiler feed water – Flow control valve provided and factory set but will need to be adjusted in the field. Chilled water for cooling system heat exchanger: including but not limited to 1) mechanical seals and 2) bearings. Constant –flow systems Variable-flow systems Primary-secondary systems Pumps Hood testing and certification Existing heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems Shaft and Stair Pressurization Systems Fire and Smoke Control Systems Test systems for proper sound and vibration levels. Strategies and Procedures Plan: Within 30 days from Notice to Proceed on a specific project, or as directed by County, submit 8 copies of TAB strategies and step-by-step procedures as specified in Part 3 "Preparation" Article. Include a complete set of report forms intended for use on this Project.
