WHEREBY IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS 1. Introduction 1.1 The Employer has entered into a contract of employment with the Employee in terms of section 57(1) (a) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000 (“the Systems Act”).
