Any costs above the basic frame costs will be at the expense of the employee. Replacement costs will only apply in the event the employees prescription changes or the glasses are damaged beyond repair as a result of work. The Company shall take reasonable steps to provide every worker with a Joint safe and healthy workplace. The Company shall comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Program Act, and its regulations in accordance with applicable provincial legislationeffect as of the date of ratification of this agreement, as minimum standards. ThereforeThe Company will inform all employees that they have the right to refuse unsafe work which may harm them or any person and that signs are posted in the workplace advising them of this right. When a worker exercises his or her right to refuse unsafe work, the Hospital and worker shall notify the Union agree that a supervisor. The supervisor shall promptly notify the union co-chair of the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee will be maintained and (or designate) so that representation from this individual can participate in all hospital groups will participate with equal representation from workers and managementstages of the investigation. The parties further agree that worker shall remain in a safe place and co- operate fully in the composition, mandate, operation, structure and terms investigation of the committee work refusal.
