ANNEX TO PART A. PENSIONS PARTICIPATION The Supplier undertakes to enter into the Admission Agreement. The Supplier and the Customer: undertake to do all such things and execute any documents (including the Admission Agreement) as may be required to enable the Supplier to participate in the Schemes in respect of the Fair Deal Employees; agree that the Customer is entitled to make arrangements with the body responsible for the Schemes for the Customer to be notified if the Supplier breaches the Admission Agreement;
