Annotated Comments. Written comments presented by the reviewers of the project work plans, project reports, conferences, and other similar reports shall be attached to each final submittal with the action noted. Annotated comment action shall be "A" for an Approved comment, "D" for a Disapproved comment, "W" for a comment that has been Withdrawn, and "E" for a comment that has an Exception noted. In addition, brief written responses to comments shall be added where appropriate.

Annotated Comments. Per each task order, the Contractor may include written comments presented by the reviewers of the UFP-QAPP, project reports, conferences, and other similar reports, which shall be attached to each final submittal with the action noted. Unless otherwise stated within the task order, annotated comment action shall be "A" for an Approved comment, "D" for a Disapproved comment, "W" for a comment that has been Withdrawn, and "E" for a comment that has an Exception noted.
