ANNOUNCEMENTS TO PROVIDERS. DHS/OHA will announce to Providers at the time of initial Medicaid Enrollment and annually thereafter, its process for Providers to contact the staff designee with complaints, (i.e., designated e-mail address). The announcement will include the following information: (a) If the Provider is represented, the Provider may request Union representation through the SEIU Member Resource Center (MRC). (b) Providers should first attempt resolution with their local office. (c) This complaint resolution process is intended for use by Providers only.
