Common use of Annual and Interim Financial Statements Clause in Contracts

Annual and Interim Financial Statements. From the date hereof through the Closing Date, within seventy-five (75) days following the end of each three-month quarterly period, the Company shall deliver to Purchaser an unaudited consolidated summary of its statement of operations data and an unaudited consolidated balance sheet for the period from the date of the Balance Sheet through the end of such quarterly period and the applicable comparative period in the preceding fiscal year. The Company shall also promptly deliver to Purchaser copies of any annual audited consolidated financial statements of the Company that the Company’s certified public accountants may issue.

The Company shall also promptly deliver to Purchaser copies of any annual audited consolidated financial statements of the Company Group that the Company’s certified public accountants may issue.

The Company shall also promptly deliver to Purchaser copies of any annual audited consolidated financial statements of the Company that the Company’s certified public accountants may issue.

From During the date hereof through the Closing DateInterim Period, within seventy-five thirty (7530) calendar days following the end of each three-month quarterly periodperiod and each fiscal year, the Company shall deliver to Purchaser SPAC an unaudited consolidated summary of its income statement of operations data and an unaudited consolidated balance sheet of the Company for the period from the date of the Interim Balance Sheet Date through the end of such quarterly period or fiscal year and the applicable comparative period in the preceding fiscal year. The From the date hereof through the Closing Date, the Company shall will also promptly deliver to Purchaser SPAC copies of any annual audited consolidated financial statements of the Company that the Company’s ’ certified public accountants may issue.
