In cases where the Co-contractor makes quarterly declarations, the declaration for the fourth quarter of each year must be accompanied by an attestation certifying that the 4 declarations submitted during the year are accurate and complete. This attestation must be signed by the person legally responsible for the Co-contractor. In cases where the Co-contractor makes an annual declaration, each of these declarations must be accompanied by an attestation certifying that the declaration is accurate and complete. This attestation must be signed by the person legally responsible for the Co-contractor.
