Annual Background Checks. The Contractor, per Chapter 43.43. 830-832 RCW, must require an annual criminal history background check through the Washington State Patrol for employees and volunteers of the Contractor who may have unsupervised access to children, people with developmental disabilities, or vulnerable adults.
