Common use of Annual Certificateholders' Tax Statement Clause in Contracts

Annual Certificateholders' Tax Statement. On or before January 31 of each calendar year, beginning with calendar year 2001, the Trustee shall distribute to each Person who at any time during the preceding calendar year was a Series 2000-1 Certificateholder, a statement prepared by the Servicer containing the information required to be contained in the regular monthly report to Series 2000-1 Certificateholders, as set forth in subclauses (i) and (ii) above, aggregated for such calendar year or the applicable portion thereof during which such Person was a Series 2000-1 Certificateholder, together with such other customary information (consistent with the treatment of the Certificates as debt) as the Servicer deems necessary or desirable to enable the Series 2000-1 Certificateholders to prepare their tax returns. Such obligations of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Internal Revenue Code as from time to time in effect.

On or before January 31 of each calendar year, beginning with calendar year 20012000, the Trustee shall distribute to each Person who at any time during the preceding calendar year was a Series 20001999-1 2 Certificateholder, a statement prepared by the Servicer containing contain ing the information required to be contained in the regular monthly report to Series 20001999-1 2 Certificateholders, as set forth in subclauses (i) and (ii) above, aggregated for such calendar year or the applicable portion thereof during which such Person was a Series 20001999-1 2 Certificateholder, together with such other customary information (consistent with the treatment of the Certificates as debt) as the Servicer deems necessary or desirable xxxxx able to enable the Series 20001999-1 2 Certificateholders to prepare their tax returns. Such obligations of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Internal Revenue Code as from time to time in effect.

On or before January 31 of each calendar year, beginning with calendar year 20012000, the Trustee Servicer shall distribute to each Person who at any time during the preceding calendar year was a Series 20001999-1 Certificateholder, a statement prepared by the Servicer containing the information required to be contained in the regular monthly report to Series 20001999-1 Certificateholders, as set forth in subclauses clauses (i), (ii) and (iiiii) above, aggregated for such calendar year or the applicable portion thereof during which such Person was a Series 20001999-1 Certificateholder, together with such other customary information (consistent with the treatment of the Certificates as debt) as the Servicer deems necessary or desirable to enable the Series 20001999-1 Certificateholders to prepare their tax returns. Such obligations of the Trustee Servicer shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee Servicer pursuant to any requirements of the Internal Revenue Code as from time to time in effect.

Such obligations of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Internal Revenue Code as from time to time in effect.

Such obligations of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Internal Revenue Code as from time to time in effect.

Such obligations of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Internal Revenue Code as from time to time in effect.
