Distributions Statements to Certificateholders. Section 3.01. Additions to Article IV of the Basic Agreement. In addition to the provisions of Article IV of the Basic Agreement, the following provisions shall apply to the Applicable Trust:
(a) Upon the payment of Special Redemption Premium to the Trustee under the Note Purchase Agreement, the Trustee, upon receipt thereof, shall immediately deposit the aggregate amount of such Special Redemption Premium in the Special Payments Account;
(b) The distribution of amounts of Special Redemption Premium as provided for in Section 4.02(b) of the Basic Agreement shall be on the Special Distribution Date with respect to such Special Payment or as soon thereafter as the Trustee has confirmed receipt of the related Special Redemption Premium;
(c) In the event of the payment of a Special Redemption Premium by the Company to the Trustee under the Note Purchase Agreement, the notice provided for in Section 4.02(c) of the Basic Agreement shall be mailed, together with the notice by the Escrow Paying Agent under Section 2.06 of the Escrow Agreement, not less than 15 days prior to the Special Distribution Date for such amount, which Special Distribution Date shall be the Final Withdrawal Date; and
(d) The last sentence of the first paragraph of Section 4.02(c) of the Basic Agreement shall apply equally if the amount of Special Redemption Premium, if any, has not been calculated at the time the Trustee mails notice of a Special Payment.
