Annual Determination Regarding Performance Period. No later than the 60th day of each calendar year, the Committee shall determine whether to establish a Performance Period, provided, however, for a Performance Period established in calendar year 2004, the Committee may make a determination under this Section 6.01 at any time prior to the 90th day of calendar year 2004.
