Common use of Annual Dues Clause in Contracts

Annual Dues. Upon execution of this Agreement, you shall pay the first year’s (i.e., the time period from December 1, 2019 to December 1, 2020) Annual Dues to us in the amount set forth in the Addendum. On September 15, 2020 and on each subsequent September 15 during the Term, you shall pay us the Annual Dues due for the following year of the Term. The Annual Dues are not refundable under any circumstances.
