Annual EMS Audit. MGE agrees to: a. Conduct an annual audit of its EMS by December 31 of each year using an independent environmental auditor approved by the WDNR. b. Provide the WDNR a report of the audit by May 1 of each year, which will include 1) a description of any nonconformance identified, 2) a description of any corrective action taken or to be taken, and 3) a schedule for implementing any such corrective action.
