Annual Financial Statements - Seller. The Seller will furnish to each Agent, as soon as available and in any event within 90 days after the end of each fiscal year of the Seller, copies of the financial statements of the Seller, consisting of at least a balance sheet of the Seller for such year and statements of earnings, cash flows and shareholders’ equity, setting forth in each case in comparative form corresponding figures from the preceding fiscal year, together with a Certificate of Financial Officer in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B executed by the chief financial officer or treasurer of the Seller;
