Common use of Annual Forecast Clause in Contracts

Annual Forecast. To the extent that Patheon determines that the projections contained in the rolling forecast provided each [**] pursuant to Section 5.1 (a) necessitate that an adjustment be made to the Manufacturing Services fees in respect of any Product, Patheon shall be entitled to request an appropriate price adjustment.

Annual Forecast. To the extent that Patheon determines that the projections contained in the rolling forecast provided each [**] pursuant to Section 5.1 (a5.1(a) necessitate that an adjustment be made to the Manufacturing Services fees in respect of any ProductProduct for such Year, then Patheon shall be entitled to request an appropriate price adjustmentadjustment to pass on the increase in the cost of providing the Manufacturing Services which is attributable to the changes in the rolling forecast projections.
