Annual Hiring Plan. The District will provide a hiring plan, on an annual basis, to the Faculty Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the AFT, for targeting under-represented groups. The District and the AFT will abide by the plans for diversity, equity, and inclusion as established or modified by the Board of Trustees. A copy of the most recent plan will be forwarded to the AFT upon approval.
