Annual Incentive Awards. The Company will pay the Executive annual incentive compensation awards as may be granted by the Board or a Compensation Committee to the Executive under any executive bonus or incentive plan in effect from time to time. In all events, any such incentive bonuses or payments will be made on or before March 15 following the Executive’s taxable year in which such award is no longer subject to a substantial risk of forfeiture as defined by Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-1(d).
