Annual Increases. 15.1.1 Effective July 1, 2019, a five percent (5%) across the board salary increase will be provided to all bargaining unit members. 15.1.2 Effective July 1, 2020, a two percent (2%) across the board salary increase will be provided to all bargaining unit members. 15.1.3 Effective July 1, 2021, a two percent (2%) across the board salary increase will be provided to all bargaining unit members.
