Common use of Annual Independent Public Accountants’ Servicing Statement Clause in Contracts

Annual Independent Public Accountants’ Servicing Statement. Commencing in 2008, on or before March 15 of each calendar year (or March 24 if there is no requirement to file a Form 10-K in that calendar year), the Servicer shall deliver to the Trustee and the Depositor a report by a registered public accounting firm that attests to, and reports on, the assessment made by the Servicer pursuant to the second paragraph of Section 8.5.
