Annual Meetings with Banks. At the request of the Agent, Parent shall within 120 days after the close of each of its fiscal years, hold a meeting (at a mutually agreeable location and time) with all of the Banks at which meeting shall be reviewed the financial results of the previous fiscal year and the financial condition of Parent and its Subsidiaries and the budgets presented for the current fiscal year of Parent and its Subsidiaries.
