Annual Meetings with Banks. Within 120 days after the close of each fiscal year of the Company, the Company shall hold a meeting with respect to which all of the Banks shall have received notice at least fourteen (14) days in advance, and to which all the Banks shall be invited to attend, at which meeting shall be reviewed the financial results of the previous fiscal year and the financial condition of the Company and its Subsidiaries and the budgets presented for the current fiscal year of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
