Annual Meetings with Banks. At the request of the Administrative Agent, Holdings shall, once during each fiscal year, hold a meeting (at a mutually agreeable location and time) with all of the Banks at which meeting the financial results of the previous fiscal year and the financial condition of Holdings and its Subsidiaries and the budgets presented for the current fiscal year shall be reviewed.
