Common use of Annual Member Meetings Clause in Contracts

Annual Member Meetings. WECC will hold an Annual Meeting of all Members at a time and place determined by the Board. At the Annual Meeting, and at other times as provided for in these Bylaws, in addition to such other actions the Members may take, Member Classes will elect Directors for vacant director positions.
