Annual Notice To Customers. The CONTRACTOR shall design, print, and distribute an annual notice to all Residential and Commercial Customers within the Service Area. At a minimum, the notice shall identify the scheduled Collection days, summarize the applicable set-out requirements, provide an overview of current issues affecting the service, provide information on how to register complaints, and how to contact Customer Service.
