Annual Notices. BOSTON FINANCIAL shall, during each year this Agreement is in effect, provide Plan Sponsors a copy of the most recent version of IRS Form 5304 SIMPLE. In anticipation of such mailing, the Trust agrees to notify BOSTON FINANCIAL each time the IRS revises IRS Form 5304-SIMPLE. In addition, BOSTON FINANCIAL agrees to mail a SIMPLE XXX Employee Participation Notice with a cover letter, both to be written by the Trust, to Participants.
