Annual Payment Schedule. This purchase plan provides for three annual payments for enrollments purchased within the BPA ordering period. The second and third payments will be due on the anniversary date of the initial purchase. Note that the term of the enrollment can vary based on customer requirements. Buyers should consider the use of options when issuing orders with an annual payment schedule and are responsible for compliance with all fiscal laws. Note that perpetual license rights do not convey for the full quantity of ordered licenses unless the full three year enrollment term is completed. The effect of an enrollment termination (failure to exercise an option) is fully explained in Attachment B. The following examples are provided to illustrate the rights acquired under a desktop configuration Enterprise Agreement enrollment.
