Annual Report of Activities - Librarians. (a) Each Librarian Member shall submit to the University Librarian a copy of an Annual Report of Activities by October 31 of each year. The Annual Report shall include a statement of activities for the period from the previous September 1 to August 31. The Annual Report will be kept in the Librarian’s official file.
