Common use of Annual Reports and Monthly Statements Clause in Contracts

Annual Reports and Monthly Statements. Each Limited Owner shall be furnished as of the end of each month and as of the end of each Fiscal Year with (a) such reports (in such detail) as are required to be given to Limited Owners by the CFTC and the NFA, (b) any other reports (in such detail) required by any other governmental authority which has jurisdiction over the activities of the Trust and (c) any other reports or information which the Managing Owner, in its discretion, determines to be necessary or appropriate.
