Monthly Statements. Each month we will send you a statement showing purchases, cash advances, payments, and credits made to your Account during the billing cycle, as well as your “New Balance”, any Finance Charge and any late charges. Your statement also will identify the minimum monthly payment you must make for that billing period and the date it is due. You agree to retain for statement verification copies of transaction slips resulting from each purchase, each advance, and other transactions on your Account. Unless you notify us of a billing error in accordance with the section entitled “Your Billing Rights”, you accept your monthly statement as an accurate statement of your Account with us.
Monthly Statements. While the Administrative Agent may issue invoices or other statements on a monthly or periodic basis (a “Statement”), it is expressly acknowledged and agreed that: (i) the failure of the Administrative Agent to issue any Statement on one or more occasions shall not affect the Borrower’s obligations to make payments under the Loan Documents as and when due; (ii) the inaccuracy of any Statement shall not be binding upon Lenders and so the Borrower shall always remain obligated to pay the full amount(s) required under the Loan Documents as and when due notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in any Statement; (iii) all Statements are issued for information purposes only and shall never constitute any type of offer, acceptance, modification, or waiver of the Loan Documents or any of Lenders’ rights or remedies thereunder; and (iv) in no event shall any Statement serve as the basis for, or a component of, any course of dealing, course of conduct, or trade practice which would modify, alter, or otherwise affect the express written terms of the Loan Documents.
Monthly Statements. The Manager shall promptly submit to the Management Committee monthly statements of account reflecting in reasonable detail the charges and credits to the Business Account during the preceding month.
Monthly Statements. Within ten days after the close of each calendar month of the term of this Agreement, Company will submit to Authority, by electronic portal or other method satisfactory to Authority, a detailed statement signed by a responsible officer of Company of its Gross Receipts for the preceding month upon which the fees payable to Authority set forth in this Agreement are computed.
Monthly Statements. The CONSULTANT is entitled to submit no more than one invoice statement to the COUNTY each calendar month covering services rendered during the preceding calendar month. The CONSULTANT'S invoice statements must be itemized to correspond to the basis of compensation as set forth in the Agreement, CHANGE ORDERS, or SUPPLEMENTAL TASK AUTHORIZATIONS. The CONSULTANT'S invoice statements must contain a breakdown of charges, description of services and work provided and/or performed, and where appropriate, supportive documentation of charges consistent with the basis of compensation set forth in the Agreement, CHANGE ORDERS, and/or SUPPLEMENTAL TASK AUTHORIZATIONS.
Monthly Statements. The State shall, on or before the fifteenth day of each month of each year, commencing with the Year of Initial Water Delivery to the Agency, furnish the Agency with a statement of the charges to the Agency for the preceding month under the variable operation, maintenance, power and replacement components of the Delta Water Charge and Transportation Charge. Such charges shall be determined by the State in accordance with the relevant provisions of Articles 22 and 26 of this contract, upon the basis of metered deliveries of Project Water to the Agency, except as otherwise provided in those articles.
Monthly Statements. On a monthly basis, Lender shall render a statement for the Revolving Loan Account, which statement shall be considered correct and accepted by Borrower and conclusively binding upon Borrower unless Borrower notifies Lender to the contrary within ten (10) days of the receipt of said statement by Borrower. Lender shall have the right to debit the Revolving Loan Account for any principal due and all interest charges on the Loans as and when the same shall be due and payable, if not otherwise paid by Borrower.
Monthly Statements. To maintain an adequate system of office records, books and accounts with respect to Manager's functions and services hereunder in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and practices and to permit examination by or on behalf of Owner, and to render monthly statements of receipts, expenses and charges including a schedule of accounts receivable and payable which shall be sufficiently detailed to reflect fairly the operations of the Property and upon request of Owner shall include a reconciled bank statement as of the end of each month, and to remit to Owner, on a monthly basis, receipts less disbursements. In the event the disbursements shall be in excess of the rents collected by Manager, Owner hereby agrees to pay such excess promptly upon demand of Manager, subject to the provisions of paragraph 8 hereof.
Monthly Statements. We will send you a monthly statement summarizing each transaction on your Account during the preceding billing period. Your monthly statement will show the total amount you owed at the end of the billing period, your minimum payment due, your payment due date (which is at least 25 days from the monthly statement closing date), and other important information. We send your monthly statement to only one address, even if the Account has multiple owners. See the “BILLING RIGHTS SUMMARY” section near the end of this Agreement for important information (including the need to promptly review your monthly statement and report any errors).
Monthly Statements. 4.1. Unless otherwise required by law, we will send you a statement of account for each billing period during which there are any transactions or other charges or an out- standing Balance or credit balance on your account as of the last day of the statement period.However, to the extent permitted by law,and if you have provided your consent,we may provideyourstatements to you in electronicformsuch as online,via email or any other electronic means.
4.2. Youarerequired to reviewyourstatementandcheckthattheinformationaboutyour purchases and other charges, Cash Advances, interest charges and fees is accurate. If you disagree with any item on your statement, you must contact us within thirty days of thestatementdate.Otherwise,thestatementandour records will be considered to be accurate, and you may notmake a future claimagainst us regarding these items on the account. However, we may at any time remove from your account any credits which have been posted in error.
