Annual Reports and Monthly Statements. Each Shareholder shall be furnished as of the end of each month and as of the end of each Fiscal Year with (a) such reports (in such detail) as are required to be given to Shareholders by the CFTC and the NFA, (b) any other reports (in such detail) required to be given to Shareholders by any other governmental authority that has jurisdiction over the Trust’s activities and (c) any other reports or information that the Manager, in its sole discretion, determines to be necessary or appropriate, in each case pursuant to the notice provisions in Section 15.4 hereof.
