Annual Reports to Current Limited Partners. As soon as practicable after the end of each Fiscal Year, the Fund shall prepare and distribute to the Limited Partners, at the expense of the Fund, an annual report containing a summary of the year’s activity and such financial statements and schedules as may be required by law or as the Directors may otherwise determine.
