Quarterly Financial Reports. The School shall prepare and submit quarterly financial reports to the Commission within 45 days of the end of each fiscal year quarter.

Quarterly Financial Reports. As soon as practicable but not more than forty (40) days following the end of each Accounting Period ending after the Closing Date (or more frequently as mutually agreed by the parties), the Company shall supply the Reinsurer with reports related to the Reinsured Contracts as may be reasonably requested for use in connection with the preparation of the Reinsurer’s SAP financial statements or other reports prepared by the Reinsurer in compliance with its internal reporting requirements. The parties shall cooperate in good faith to establish the form for the providing of such reports.
Quarterly Financial Reports. The Borrower shall provide, or shall cause to be provided, to the Administrative Agent, as soon as available, but in any event within 45 days after the end of each of the first three fiscal quarters of each fiscal year of the Borrower (commencing with the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2012), (i) consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as at the end of such fiscal quarter, and the related consolidated statements of income or operations, partners’ equity and cash flows for such fiscal quarter and for the portion of the Borrower’s fiscal year then ended, setting forth in each case in comparative form the figures for the corresponding fiscal quarter of the previous fiscal year and the corresponding portion of the previous fiscal year, all in reasonable detail, such consolidated statements to be certified by the chief executive officer or the chief financial officer of the Borrower as (A) fairly presenting, in all material respects, the financial condition, results of operations, partners’ equity and cash flows of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in accordance with GAAP, subject only to normal year-end audit adjustments and the absence of footnotes, and (B) showing that there were no material contingent obligations, material unaccrued liabilities for taxes, material unusual forward or long term commitments, or material unrealized or anticipated losses of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, except as disclosed therein or as otherwise disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent and adequate reserves for such items have been made in accordance with GAAP, and (ii) a copy of the management discussion and analysis with respect to such financial statements;
Quarterly Financial Reports. High-performing charter schools shall submit quarterly financial reports as provided by Florida law. For purposes of this section the quarterly reporting periods will be July/August/September; October/November/December; January/February/March; and April/May/June. The quarterly reports will be delivered to the Sponsor no later than the 25th day of the following month in accordance with the accounts and codes prescribed in the most recent issuance of the publication titled “Financial and Program Cost Accounting and Reporting for Florida Schools”; or at the discretion of the School’s governing board, the School may elect to follow generally accepted accounting standards for not-for-profit organizations, but must reformat this information for reporting according to Section 1002.33(9)(g)1, Florida Statutes using the format prescribed by the Sponsor.

Quarterly Financial Reports. Manager shall cause to be prepared and delivered to Owner reasonably detailed unaudited quarterly operating reports (the “Quarterly Reports”) and shall deliver each Quarterly Report to Owner on or before the twenty fifth (25th) day of the month following the end of the fiscal quarter (or partial fiscal quarter) to which such Quarterly Report relates. With respect to the Quarterly Reports, Manager’s Designated Financial Officer shall certify that it has reviewed such Quarterly Reports and, to such Designated Financial Officer’s Knowledge, such Designated Financial Officer has no reason to believe that such Quarterly Reports do not fairly present, in all material respects, the financial condition, results of operations, cash flows and other financial and operating results, as applicable, of the Managed Facilities for the periods presented in the report (except for the fact that there are no footnotes to such Quarterly Reports and subject to year end adjustments in all respects). At a minimum, the Quarterly Reports shall include: (a) a narrative report on Owner’s actual performance to the Operating Plan and Capital Budget; (b) a computation of any installment of the Incentive Management Fees due following delivery of such Quarterly Report; (c) an itemization of expenses other than Management Fees incurred to Manager or any Affiliate of Manager during such quarter, including Centralized Services Charges and Reimbursable Expenses; (d) a schedule comparing the financial performance of the Managed Facilities to the financial covenants under Financing Documents to the extent that the applicable Financing relates the Managed Facilities only; (e) a report on the project status and actual to budget expenditures for Routine Capital Improvements and Building Capital Improvements projects underway; (f) for the last month of such calendar quarter, the information that would have been included in the Monthly Report for such month pursuant to Section 10.2; and (g) such other reports or information otherwise specified in this Agreement to be provided to Owner on a quarterly basis or as Owner may reasonably specify from time to time.
