Annual Support Fees. The initial annual Support Fee shall be stated in the Order Form. Fees for Support are due and payable annually in advance. Annual Support Fees. To continue to receive support under the Agreement, the Annual Support Fee in the amount of $37,490 must be received by Access prior to the one year anniversary of the Software Delivery, and for each successive one-year period, the Annual Support Fee must be received by Access prior to the end of the preceding one-year term.
