Common use of Annual Target Bonus Clause in Contracts

Annual Target Bonus. Executive shall also be entitled to receive an annual target incentive bonus of up to 50% of the Executive’s current salary. The annual bonus shall be based upon the Company achieving its revenue and EBITDA goals, and Executive meeting the annual goals determined by the Compensation Committee. The amount of the annual target bonus payable to Executive in any given year shall be determined by the Compensation Committee.
