Common use of Annual Target Bonus Clause in Contracts

Annual Target Bonus. In addition to the compensation set forth above in Section 6(a), following each calendar year, the Employee shall be eligible for an annual target bonus of up to Forty Percent (40%) of the Base Salary as in effect at the start of that calendar year, upon the attainment of goals and targets established in writing by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), with such annual target bonus (if earned and declared) to be paid to the Employee in the payroll cycle for March of the year that immediately follows such calendar year, less applicable withholdings and deductions (the “Annual Target Bonus”).

Annual Target Bonus. In addition to the compensation set forth above in Section 6(a), following each calendar year, the Employee shall be eligible for an annual target bonus of up to Forty Fifty Percent (4050%) of the Base Salary as in effect at the start of that calendar year, upon the attainment of goals and targets established in writing by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), with such annual target bonus (if earned and declared) to be paid to the Employee in the payroll cycle for March of the year that immediately follows such calendar year, less applicable withholdings and deductions (the “Annual Target Bonus”).
