Annual training programme. At the commencement of each year, the Operator shall prepare an annual training programme in consultation with the Authority with minimum [45 (forty five) hours] of training attended by each employee annually till 3 (three) years from the COD of 1st Lot of Buses. After the [3 (three)] years from the COD of 1st Lot of Buses, minimum of [20 (twenty)] hours of training shall be attended by each employee annually. The Operator shall be obligated to conduct training courses as per the aforesaid annual training programme.
