Maintenance Facilities. Foreign shall furnish to the Joint Company all the technical data, information and assistance necessary to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of the machinery and equipment, including : (a) A list of recommended plant spares; (b) Lubrication and maintenance manuals’; (c) Detailed operating instructions ; (d) Detailed manuals indicating the construction and assembly of each model and typed of machinery and equipment ;

Maintenance Facilities. Except as provided in Section 3.06 and Section 4.03(h), maintenance facilities used to perform maintenance on the Equipment (“Maintenance Facilities”) pursuant to lease or ownership arrangements entered into after the Initial Effective Date, shall be at such locations and pursuant to terms mutually agreeable to both parties. In the event Northwest provides the Maintenance Facility to Pinnacle, it will do so according to the terms of a mutually agreeable lease or sublease. Northwest shall reimburse Pinnacle on a monthly basis in accordance with Sections 5.06 and 5.07 for such Maintenance Facilities expenses incurred by Pinnacle. The cost to Pinnacle for Maintenance Facilities leased or owned by Pinnacle as of the Initial Effective Date or thereafter, will be reimbursed in accordance with Sections 5.06 and 5.07.
Maintenance Facilities. 17.15.1 The Operator shall, at each Maintenance Depot, install and operate the maintenance facilities and equipment necessary for performing its Maintenance Obligations under and in accordance with this Agreement. Such maintenance facilities and equipment shall include: (a) [Bus washing plant; (b) portable lifting jacks; (c) measuring and recording devices; (d) special tools, jigs & fixtures; (e) paint shop; (f) wheel repair shop; (g) Wi-Fi data retrieval and diagnostic system facilities; and (h) hardware (2 (two) desktop computers) and software for the Maintenance Management Information System (the “MMIS”).] 17.15.2 The Parties agree that the Maintenance Depots may be set up and operationalised under this Clause 17.15 by procuring the maintenance facilities and equipment in a phased manner; provided, however, that all the facilities and equipment specified in this Clause 17.15 shall be installed and operationalised no later than [90 (ninety) days] after the respective dates specified in Clause 12.5.
Maintenance Facilities. During the Term, each Operator shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate maintenance facilities required for the maintenance of all Equipment operated or utilized in connection with the performance of services pursuant to this Agreement (the “Maintenance Facilities”). With respect to any agreement to purchase, lease, sublease or otherwise obtain the use of any Maintenance Facilities or any amendment to any such existing agreement entered into by an Operator after the Effective Date, such Operator shall obtain Delta’s written consent prior to entering into any such agreement or amendment and Delta shall be entitled to elect to enter into any such agreement or amendment in its own name in place of such Operator and, in any such case, Delta shall grant to such Operator the right to use such facilities on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

In the event Delta provides the Maintenance Facility to Pinnacle or Mesaba, it will do so according to the terms of a mutually agreeable lease or sublease. Delta shall reimburse Pinnacle and Mesaba on a monthly basis in accordance with Sections 5.06 and 5.07 for such Maintenance Facilities expenses incurred by Pinnacle or Mesaba, respectively. The cost to Pinnacle and Mesaba for Maintenance Facilities leased or owned by Pinnacle or Mesaba, respectively, as of the Initial Effective Date or thereafter, will be reimbursed in accordance with Sections 5.06 and 5.07.
Maintenance Facilities. SkyWest shall provide and be solely responsible for all maintenance facilities necessary to the provision of Regional Airline Services; provided, however, that Midwest shall provide a reasonable amount of its present Milwaukee hangar facilities for use by SkyWest, at no charge to SkyWest. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Midwest may, upon one hundred twenty (120) days written notice to SkyWest, utilize any hangar space provided to SkyWest for any other purpose, and SkyWest shall make other arrangements as necessary. To the extent that SkyWest was utilizing Midwest’s hangar facility in Milwaukee and is required to make other arrangements pursuant to this paragraph, Midwest and SkyWest shall mutually agree on an adjustment to the fixed costs in Section 5.04.

Maintenance Facilities. (a) Project Co may, at its option, and sole cost and expense, construct such maintenance facilities (the “Maintenance Facilities”) as it considers necessary for the purposes of storing supplies and equipment and otherwise for the purposes of performing the Project Operations. Such Maintenance Facilities shall not be situated on the Lands and, as between the Ministry and Project Co, Project Co shall be solely responsible to acquire any lands necessary for the construction of the Maintenance Facilities. For greater certainty, any lands acquired by Project Co for the purpose of any Maintenance Facility shall not be Additional Lands for the purposes of Section 9.8. (b) Project Co shall be solely responsible for the repair and maintenance of any Maintenance Facilities and, except to the extent included in the Phase One Milestone Payment, the Substantial Completion Payment, or any Monthly Service Payment, shall not be entitled to any payment or other compensation in respect of the design, construction, repair or maintenance of any Maintenance Facilities and the Ministry shall have no liability or obligations whatsoever in respect thereof.

Maintenance Facilities. 7.8.1 CONTRACTOR will provide adequate facilities for supporting the operation and maintenance of vehicle services provided under this Agreement. The facilities will include, but not be limited to, inside garage with vehicle-lifting equipment with the ability to lift vehicles overhead, maintenance area, parts storage area, parking for CITY-owned vehicles and a dispatch area. The maintenance area will be fully equipped with all equipment required to maintain all vehicles in accordance with the specifications and manufacturer’s warranty and PM programs. 7.8.2 CONTRACTOR will be responsible for obtaining and complying with all required building, occupancy or other governmental permits and abide by OSHA safety standards. 7.8.3 CONTRACTOR shall locate maintenance facilities as required within the service area and with minimal deadhead mileage. 7.8.4 In the event maintenance or storage facilities are to be acquired, CONTRACTOR shall indicate what actions will be taken to acquire those areas prior to the start of service. Maintenance and storage locations shall be approved by the CITY.
