Annual Update. By January 31 of each year following the EBS Relevance Date for a Market Area, Clearwire shall disclose in writing to the affected Licensee(s): (1) the number of Sectors in the Market Area, and (2) the number of subscribers in the Market Area served by Clearwire or any of its Affiliates. All information shall be as of December 31 of the previous year.
