İllik iş proqramı və Büdcə təqdim edildikdən sonra otuz (30) gün ərzində bu sənədlərə, həmçinin onlarla bağlı təklif olunan dəyişikliklərə baxmaq, habelə İllik iş proqramının və Büdcənin son variantını təsdiq etmək məqsədilə Rəhbər komitənin iclası çağırılır. ARDNŞ və Podratçı razılığa gəlmişlər ki, işin gedişində və ya müəyyən hallarla əlaqədar olaraq alınan hər hansı informasiya İllik iş proqramında və Büdcədə düzəliş etmək üçün əsas ola bilər; beləliklə, Podratçı İllik iş proqramında və Büdcədə düzəliş edilməsini Rəhbər komitəyə istənilən vaxt təklif edə bilər. Bu 5.3 bəndində və 5.4 bəndində nəzərdə tutulmuş müddəalar istisna olmaqla, Podratçının müvafiq İllik iş proqramından və Büdcədən xeyli dərəcədə kənara çıxan hər hansı əməliyyatları Rəhbər komitənin razılığını almadan həyata keçirməyə ixtiyarı yoxdur. Annual Work Programmes and Budgets. (a) At least three (3) months before the beginning of each Calendar Year, or for the first year, within one (1) month from the Effective Date, the Contractor shall prepare and submit, or cause to be prepared and submitted, to the Steering Committee for approval an Annual Work Programme together with the related Budget in respect of the Petroleum Operations Contractor proposes to be carried out in such Calendar Year. The Steering Committee shall meet within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Annual Work Programme and Budget to consider same and any revisions thereto and to approve the Annual Work Programme and the Budget in its final form. It is agreed by SOCAR and Contractor that knowledge acquired as the work proceeds or from certain events may justify changes to the details of the Annual Work Programme; thus the Contractor may at any time propose to the Steering Committee an amendment to the Annual Work Programme and Budget. Except as provided in this Article 5.3 and in Article 5.4, Contractor shall not conduct any operations which deviate materially from the applicable Annual Work Programme and Budget without the prior consent of the Steering Committee. If necessary to carry out an Annual Work Programme, Contractor is authorized to make expenditures during the relevant Calendar Year that are in excess of the Budget adopted therefor so long as the aggregate of such excess expenditures does not exceed ten percent (10%) of the Budget unless such expenditures exceeding ten percent (10%) are approved by the Steering Committee, which approval will not be withheld where the expenditures have been demonstrated to be reasonable and necessary. In accordance with the other provisions of this Contract, after approval of an Annual Work Programme, Contractor shall conduct the Petroleum Operations in accordance therewith. (b) In the event the Annual Work Programme and Budget has not been approved by the Steering Committee by the first day of the Calendar Year to which it relates Contractor shall be entitled (but not obligated) to carry out Petroleum Operations in accordance with some or all of its proposed Annual Work Programme and Budget until such time as the Annual Work Programme and Budget is agreed by the Steering Committee or any dispute relating to the Annual Work Programme and Budget has been resolved by reference to arbitration in accordance with the provisions in Appendix VI. Annual Work Programmes and Budgets. 10.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for the procurement of installations, equipment and supplies and entering into contracts for the purchase of goods and services with Foreign Subcontractors and others required for Petroleum Operations, all in accordance with approved Annual Work Programmes and Budgets. Such activities may be delegated to the Operating Company. 10.2 Within ninety (90) Days after the Effective Date, the Contractor shall submit to the Co-ordination Committee for its approval an Annual Work Programme and Budget for the remainder of the then current Calendar Year and a forecast for the next succeeding Calendar Year. 10.3 Before 31 October in each Calendar Year, the Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Co-ordination Committee for its review a proposed Annual Work Programme and Budget for the next Calendar Year. Article 6.4 shall apply to the approval of Annual Work Programmes and Budgets and modifications thereto.

  • Annual Work Plans and Budgets The Recipient shall furnish to the Association as soon as available, but in any case not later than September 1 of each year, the annual work plan and budget for the Project for each subsequent year of Project implementation, of such scope and detail as the Association shall have reasonably requested, except for the annual work plan and budget for the Project for the first year of Project implementation, which shall be furnished no later than one (1) month after the Effective Date.

  • Business Plan and Budget As soon as available, but in any event no later than forty five (45) days after the end of each fiscal year of the Borrower, an annual business plan and budget of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis, including forecasts prepared by management of the Borrower, in form reasonably satisfactory to the Lender, of Consolidated balance sheets and statements of income or operations and cash flows of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a quarterly basis for the then current fiscal year. As to any information contained in materials furnished pursuant to Section 6.02(d), the Borrower shall not be separately required to furnish such information under Sections 6.01(a) or (b) above, but the foregoing shall not be in derogation of the obligation of the Borrower to furnish the information and materials described in Sections 6.01(a) and (b) above at the times specified therein.

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.
