Work Programmes a. The Concessionaire shall prepare in consultation with the Independent Engineer and submit a Project Implementation Schedule to the Authority before the Compliance Date. The programme shall include the following: i) The order in which the Concessionaire proposes to carry out the Works, internal and external services (including each stage of design, procurement, manufacture, delivery to Project Site, construction, erection, testing and commissioning). ii) All major events and activities in the production of Construction Documents. iii) The particulars for the pre‐construction reviews and for any other submissions, approvals and consents specified in this Concession Agreement. b. Any alternation/ revision by the Concessionaire in the Project Implementation Schedule shall be made in accordance with Article 12.5. c. If the progress of the Works does not conform to the Project Implementation Schedule, the Independent Engineer may instruct the Concessionaire to revise the Project Implementation Schedule, showing the modifications necessary to achieve completion as per Project Implementation Schedule. The Independent Engineer shall record the reasons for such revision of Project Implementation Schedule. d. The Concessionaire shall, whenever required by the Authority, provide in writing, for information, a general description of the arrangements and methods, which the Concessionaire proposes to adopt for the execution of the Works. e. The Project Implementation Schedule shall be developed using PERT (Programme Evaluation and Review Techniques) charts showing critical activities and milestones for completion of all works and services within the stipulated time period and submitted to Independent Engineer and the Authority.

Work Programmes. The EMBL shall describe the Core Responsibilities as well as the Commissioned Services and additional services in Work Programmes, which shall run over the same five year term as the Financial Plan and the Programme and which shall be submitted to the ELIXIR Board for approval together with the Financial Plan and the Programme. The Core Responsibilities and the Commissioned Services shall be funded through the ELIXIR Budget. The Work Programmes may also include additional services which EMBL may agree to provide and which are not funded by the ELIXIR Budget.
Work Programmes. This Agreement shall encompass cooperative activities on the following: 1. Establishment of the AUN; 2. Student and faculty exchange programmes; 3. Scholarship for study at ASEAN universities; 4. Information networking among ASEAN universities; 5. Collaborative research; and, 6. Other projects that may be agreed upon by the AUN. These activities shall be formulated in consultation with Participating Universities.

The Minister will decide on the proposed Work Programmes in a period not to exceed forty-five (45) Days following its receipt of the necessary information. The Work Programmes shall contain a detailed list of the individual activities the Contractor plans to conduct, the estimated expenditure, and the estimated time for each of such activities. During the Exploration Period, the Work Programmes shall comply with the Minimum Work Program, and the Exploration Plan, and during any Development Period, the Work Programmes shall comply with the relevant Development Plan. All Work Programmes shall comply with the Applicable Laws, the Environmental and Safety Management System and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement and Best International Industry Standards and Practices. The Minister may deny approval of the Work Programmes if the Contractor (i) does not comply with the Minimum Work Program, or the additional commitments made for the Appraisal Period and, or Retention Period; (ii) the Work Programme submitted during the Development Period modifies the Development Plan, and (iii) the Work Plan does not comply with Best International Industry Standards and Practices.

The Minister may deny approval of the Work Programmes if the Contractor (i) does not comply with the Minimum Exploration Work Programme, or the additional commitments made for the Appraisal Period and, or Retention Period; (ii) the Work Programme submitted during the Development Period modifies the Development Plan, and (iii) the Work Plan does not comply with Best International Industry Standards and Practices. The Minister shall not unreasonably withhold approval of a proposed Work Programme.
Work Programmes. The Parties agree to exchange information on their respective work programmes or similar programming documents and will consult each other on matters of common interest to be reflected therein.

Work Programmes. ‌ (a) Within 30 days of the Effective Date, Contractor shall prepare and submit to TPDC a detailed Work Programme and Budget setting forth the Exploration Operations which Contractor proposes to carry out in the Calendar Year in which the Exploration Licence is first issued to TPDC hereunder and the estimated cost thereof. (b) So long as the Exploration Licence issued to TPDC hereunder remains in force, at least three months prior to the beginning of each subsequent Calendar Year, Contractor shall prepare and submit to TPDC a detailed Work Programme and Budget setting forth the Exploration Operations which Contractor proposes to carry out in that Calendar Year and the estimated cost thereof. (c) Every Work Programme and Budget submitted to TPDC pursuant to this Article and every revision or amendment thereof shall be consistent with the requirements set out in Article 5 relating to work and expenditure for the Exploration Period within which the Work Programme and Budget will fall. (d) Every Work Programme and Budget and, as the case may be, the appraisal programme referred to in Article 8(g), submitted by Contractor to TPDC shall be reviewed by a joint committee to be established by TPDC and Contractor pursuant to Article 7. Should TPDC wish to propose a revision of the proposed Work Programme and Budget, or appraisal programme, as the case may be, TPDC shall within three (3) weeks after receipt thereof so notify the Contractor specifying in reasonable detail its reasons. Promptly thereafter, the parties will meet and endeavour to agree upon the revisions proposed by TPDC Following review by the Advisory Committee, Contractor shall make such revisions as it deems appropriate and submit the Work Programme and Budget or, without prejudice to Article 8(j), appraisal programme, as appropriate, to TPDC. (e) Subject to Article 5, on giving notice to TPDC, Contractor may amend any Work Programme or Budget or any revised Work Programme or Budget submitted to TPDC but subject to any such amendment Contractor shall carry out the Exploration Operations set forth in the Work Programme or revised Work Programme and spend not less than the sum provided for in the Budget or revised Budget. In the case of an appraisal programme, any amendments thereto proposed to TPDC by Contractor will be subject to section 32 (2) of the Act; where an appraisal programme has been agreed by the Advisory Committee as referred to in Article 8(g), no amendment shall be made without the appr...
